I am developing a variable content document generator. The system will be
based on SGML. This will handle most of the variability. However, there
are some situations for which I need an inference engine to determine
'paragraph' content. I need something that I can use with Visual C++, MFC
on NT, Win 95. I need something with a GUI interface for entering the
'business rules' and consequents.
