Watcom 10 compiler, and is available as the file WAT_STL.ZIP

at the standard STL site;

Can you tell us whether STL was ported to Watcom or whether Watcom
was ported to STL?

In other words, is the file WAT_STL.ZIP the same as what is in the
original?
