Dear Sir,

I am looking for a programming tool which can help in
developing a database application running on Chinese
Windows 3.10.

Actually, I have used Visual C++ 1.51 for 6 weeks.k
However, I have met a lot of unforseeable
problems such as no suitable access driver in ODBC
for MFC Recordset, no conversion from database to
RecordView in DoDataExchange for type TIME, etc.

If anybody have got some experience in developing
application under Chinese Windows, please give me
some advice.
