My compiler vendor's have stopped using the ARM as their metric and
switched to some (unknown) version(s) of the ANSI draft standard. My
problem is that I can't figure out how I can write legal code without
a language referance (even if it's evolving). I'm tired of complaining
about what I think is a compiler bug and being told "No, according to
the ANSI draft, TRUE == FALSE."

Is there a reasonably current version of the draft available on the
net?
