Although all are welcomed, this SIG is targeted for those with an
intermediate to advanced level understanding of C++.   Experience with
the SIGS has shown that, no matter what level one starts at, those who
stick with it rise to the level of the material given, in time.  It is
worth attending as much for the other members of the group as for the
speakers.


ADVANCED C++ SIG OF SOFTWARE FORUM

 April 28,  Friday,  6:15 to 8:15 p.m.
    Avoiding Recompilation of Class Libraries
 Learn how to:
 -  release new versions of the library without having
  your users needing to recompile
 -  drastically reduce recompilation with just a few changes
Speaker:  Mike Ball of SUN Microsystems
 -  Made a  C++ front end used in many compilers
  including SUN  C++ 4.0
 -  Founded Taumetric Corporation, one of the first
  C++ oriented companies
 -  Currently Distinguished Engineer at SunSoft,
  working on future C++ releases
 -  Member of ANSI C++ Committee
