Topic: OO Hot Tub

In the past I have asked why the ANSI committee working on the C++
standard has not used more of the Internet capabilities than just
e-mail and limited information posted to this Usenet group.
I have received varying responses, that run the gamut from ANSI
members prefer to do everything with paper to concerns about head
hunters hiring these C++ experts away from their companies, so
therefore any exposure is risky.
Just in case any of you or members of the ANSI committee want to
check out a place which could be used for town meetings, working
group sessions, etc., the following information is being passed
on to anyone that is interested. While I can not say that this
facility competes with beautiful Monterey, California, I can
attest to the fact that people do use it effectively to meet,
to discuss a variety of topics, to resolve debates, etc. and no
travel costs are incurred and very little bandwidth is used on
the Internet.
Enjoy any and all aspects of the facility....JF
