Yes, we are very selective about who cruises the OuterNet. Of course
NASA is very selective about who rides on the Space Shuttles. So, what
is new? You have the Internet, and as many have pointed out here, it
is perfect, the Usenet groups contain tons of "useful" information.
(is that what "Use" in Usenet means?...Use-ful?)

Are you suggesting that people have been interacting with a computer
program?

Are you implying that the humans here can not detect the difference
in another human and a computer program? Surely, you must have more
confidence than that in your human race!

Could this be one of those intelligent agents, that cruises the OuterNet?

Has anyone traveled to the OuterNet to answer these questions?

"*Your* human race"? What are you? A newt? No, wait,
don't tell me, you're a C+@!

Apparently, some people have tried to reach the OuterNet,
but it damaged their computer system in the process.
Apparently the OuterNet is quite picky about the sorts of
people it will allow to enter (or exit?)
