I have the Jan. 1994 edition. It does indeed exist. I haven't seen the older
editions, but I think the primary difference is the addition of an appendix
which discibes some of the recent additions to the language. This appendix is
available by FTP, but I don't remember where.

Mine is same ISBN, but (c) 1990 AT&T/BTL, reprinted with corrections
October, 1992.

[double take]

C++ first came out somewhere around 1980. The ARM is much more recent.
Are you sure you have the right decade?

If you need even more recent info, both The C++ Programming Language
(2nd edition) and The Design and Evolution of C++ were published more
recently. The Draft Standard was also available recently; but it may
be in transition, within ISO and ANSI.

I just saw a note where someone referenced a Jan. 1994 edition; but I
haven't seen such.

I was wondering if I have the latest edition of the ARM. What I have
was reprinted October, 1982 and is ISBN 0-201-51459-1.

Thank you very much.
