We are looking  for a PC WINDOWS software which provides the
    tools  to  design  and  manage  electronic  forms  offering  the
    following facilities:


    I) An advanced form/screen editor able to generate form files in
       order to:


        - Define programable fields. That is to say, assign input or
          output specific programs to manage these fields.

        - Define all field parameters (name, size, type...).

        - Define radio button fields.

        - Define  mandatory  fields.  Fields that must be absolutely
          filled.

        - Define  and  manage  more  than  10000  fields in the same
          application.

        - Create  multi-page  forms when a group of data fields must
          be repeated several times.


    II) A  completed  developer's library compatible with VISUAL C++
        ability to:


        - Manage  each  field.  Functions  allowing  to  retrieve or
          modify all field parameters.

        - Manage  the  data  entries. Functions allowing to retrieve
          or modify data entry values.

        - Create  sub-forms  when  there are too many data fields to
          fit on one screen (extension to the main form).

        - Assign  an  input program to each form. A specific program
          executed  before  to  display  a  form  (for  example:  to
          initialize form parameters).

        - Assign  an output program to each form. A specific program
          executed  when  the  user  leaves  a form (for example: to
          check  relation  between  data  fields or to run automatic
          calculations...).
