Hi,

I am in the process of preparing to write a report, and I just have a
few questions that I hope somebody may be able to answer.

1. I know the basics of path towards the C "standard", but does anyone
   know of a written text outlining this, or know of dates, people etc?

2. The same as Q1, but for C++.

3. Does anyone know of any available statistics/reports that demonstrate
   the percentage of:

 A) developers using C++ for C.
        B) developers that have succesfully migrated from C to C++.
        C) developers that are "apprehensive"* of moving to C++.

* Apprehensive is probably the wrong word, but I'm sure you get the idea.

I know these questions are very vague, but any information would be a help.
