C++ Newsletter Call for Papers
------------------------------
The C++ Newsletter is a monthly journal published electronically
(and printed) for those interested in C++ and practical
object-oriented issues. We have very limited space and are looking
for extremely brief articles which provide concise, to-the-point,
and practical software engineering solutions in C++. Article length
should be less than two pages (single spaced, 60 characters per
line). If you have posted on the net a particularly clever or
interesting message about C++ (and OO), it may be that it could be
easily reworked into something suitable. A post that corrects some
popular C++ misconception is a good candidate. Or, maybe you made a
brilliant workaround or design decision in your work recently that
you would like to share.
Send a one paragraph synopsis, and possibly a short outline.
Please don't send unsolicited articles or manuscripts.
Code examples must be in C++ and realistic, not hypothetical. Our
readship is working C++ software engineers. Don't even think about
sending us any foobar's, letters of the alphabet, or zoo animal
classes.
We are unable to pay authors, but at least we don't charge for
being published. New unpublished authors are encouraged.
For a sample issue of the C++ Newsletter e-mail your request to
cpp@netcom.com.
Please send all replies by e-mail. Do not post follow-ups.
Thanks.
