 I've got Borland C++ 4.0, and I see that you guys are talking about 4.5.  Is
there an upgrade I can download???  What's the difference between the two?

Its not available via download.  It costs 149.95 for the CD + 49.95 for the
hard copy manuals.  I've heard there is an educational version for 99.95 that
includes the CD and manuals.
