Has anyone ever had a problem with Borland C++ 4.02 suddenly giving you a
"Could not create process" error whenever you try to debug a program (via
F7, F4 or anything of that sort)??  It seems no matter what I try, I
can't get rid of the problem.  I recall having it before, but only if
Help was open.  If I closed help, I could do what I needed to.  Thats not
the case this time, I can't get past it no matter what I try.  Just a
week ago, things were working just fine, not any longer.  It doesn't
matter what project it is either, every single one of my projets gives me
the same problem.  And I just found I can turn to the debugger, it gives
me errors loading EXE files.....
