That sounds great. Do you have any address or (even better)

You should look at C++/Views from Liant Software. I have used it
for 4 years now and all my apps have been on scedule since then
and ar running bug-free. It's an powerfull Application Framwork
that is easy to use. You can even make portable resource files
(including dialogs, menus etc.). The C++ constructor included in
the package is also a grate development tool. It's much better
than e.g. Borlands IDE.

Hi there,

are there any *good* tools for cross-platform development on
Windows- and Mac-systems? Or even also Motif and OS/2, too?

I do not mean an authoring system like Toolbook, but a true
programming toolkit (such as libraries for C++) - write a
source once, then compile it on different systems without
great changes.

Multimedia options - such as viewing grafics and animations
or playing sound/music and video are required.

I heard of a class library called "StarView" which was said
to be able to do that for Win 3.11, System 7, OS/2, Motif
and Win NT.

Please answer via email.

Best wishes,
