Can anyone tell me where I can two vbx.s (or dll.s if I decide to do
this in C): One which will help with screen handling? I want to put
lots of characters on the screen with access to each one individually. I
want to be able to click and drag, highlight groups of characters, etc.  I
also want to easily scroll characters horizontally on the screen.The
other is to facilitate MIDI handling. I have heard of one called .cool
tools. by Artic Software but no others. Has anyone used this, or
something as good/better? Thanks for any help at all! I.m going crazy
trying to reinvent a wheel which must already exist!
