I just installed C++ on my Indy (SGI UNIX) and wrote a very simple program
to test it out. I used "cc first.c" to try to compile it.

I use the line "#include <iostream.h>" in my code and when I compile it
says-> Can't open iostream.h for #include.

Any feedback would be most appreciated. I checked to make sure iostream is
on the machine and it is --
