- What is the MBF (Microsoft Binary Format)?

- I have a data file where the data was stored using text and MBF floating
  point numbers from an old Microsoft Quickbasic compiler 3.0

- How I read and interpret the MBF floating point numbers using the Turbo C
  compiler version 2.0 from Borland?
