toolkit called RenderWare. These files are copyright of Canon and may
be purchased from Criterion Software. Pricing details are available

Without knowing what these libraries are for, I would guess that they are
copyrighted by someone or some company, and therefor cannot be freely
givin to you by anyone.
Contact the Company that produced the libraries, and purchase a licence to
use the libraries legally.

My guess is that they are part of the Rogue Wave files and
library. But I am amazed about how you can develop application without
knowing what was in there. Well, good luck.
