I'm trying to learn to right .DLL's as an addin to a Windows BBS package
(Excalibur)...  I'm taking a couple of examples that came with it and trying
to recompile them using Borland C++ 4.02 and get the following error message:

Linker Fatal:  Unable to open file "OWLWC.LIB"

I've looked in all my documentation but can not find any reference to this
library...  Does anyone know what could be happening???  Do I need to get this
file from the authors of the package or am I doing somethin wrong???
