Smalltalk Technical Experts
 Professional Requirements:
  - Minimum undergraduate degree
  - Minimum 2-4 years experience using Smalltalk OOP concepts
  - Experienced OOP development
  - Full systems life-cycle experience
  - State of the art technology skill set
  - Open industry experience

 Major Responsibilities:
  - Participate in OOP development activities
  - Interact in a team based development environment
  - Interface with clients at various stages of the engagement
  - Creative solution-based software development

Technical Architects
 Professional Requirements:
  - Working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, database
  management systems applications, GUI, network, systems
  development environment, (Software Tools) with one as are of
  expertise.
  - Eight plus years information technology experience.
  - Physical/logical database design experience.
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  - Working knowledge of several pieces of client/server
  architectures.
  - Extremely fluent in database technology.
  - Open industry experience.

 Major Responsibilities:
  - Interface with clients to promote the appropriate database
  design as  the ideal solution.
  - Ensure that the design remains intact.
  - Interact with technical teams to ensure that development
  proceeds  as designed and implementation is smoothless.
  - Select the DBMS as well as other software products to meet the
  objectives of the project.
