I was informed that there exists a publication by the title of The C++ Report
(it does sound vaguely familiar) that covers ANSI's draft standard and new
additions to the language. I would like to know where I could get a copy of an
issue and how much it would cost. Is there any chance a free electronic edition
is available? Thanks.
