Hi,

I'm not an expert in C language.  But I have to use it for my special project.
To insure I don't spend too much time for writing some stupid simple subroutine
which have in ISML, I need an ISML manual.  Does anyone in net know where I
should go to get this manual.  If you know, please reply back to my account.
