I recently upgraded my "C++ Annotations" guide and included a chapter on
templates (template functions and template classes). Furthermore, lots of
errors and typos were corrected (thanks to all readers who've bothered to mail
back!).

The guide is intended for C programmers who wish to make the transition to C++
as painless as possible.
