You can find the entire GIF spec at the Simtel mirror oak.oakland.edu. Look
throught the /pub tree for a file called GIF.DOC.

I need some help. I want to be able to be able to open display and
work with gif files but I know nothing about them or there format. I would
be very thankfull for any help or docs on gif files. Please help. If
possible please email.
