Topic: BWCC.DLL conflicts

I recently acquired Telix for Windows, which uses the BWCC.DLL link
library that most programs use written in C++. However, Borland Resource
Workshop also needs this file, and will bring up a dialog box proclaiming
that "BCWW v2.0 or greater is needed" if Telix is running. [Unfortunately,
I reinstalled C++ before trying shutting down Telix and discovering the
error]
Is there any way to avoid this conflict?
Sorry if this is the wrong area to post to.
