Good point!
I'd like to hear true tales of projects done in both Smalltalk and C++
proper post-deployment analysis was done and where proper analysis of the
OO-ness was done.
Given the religious nature of the discussion, I'm not real optimistic.

This is sort of like asking about references and research papers
describing the differences/advantages between Islam and Christianity.
It's a religious study, not an empirical one.
What's the purpose of your question? If you explain a little
more, you might get more feedback.

I would greatly appreciate if you could send me references to
research papers and case studies about the differences between
C++ and Smalltalk. I am vbery interested where these languages
are used (in which areas) what 3rd party tools exist (ObjectCenter,
Purify, ...) and where it is recommended (Platform) to use which
one. The main differences would be also useful information for me.
I know that parts of it is coverred in the FAQ and in older discussions
but the practical aspect of using it in a big corporation is a
little missing.
Thank you very much.
