You're on the right track. The page after the asd... it titled ANSI/ISO
Resolutions. I read it in my ghostview all the time.

After reading a message here, I ftp'd in binary mode the ANSI/ISO
resolutions from ftp.std.com in the directory AW/stroustrup2e.

-rw-r--r-- 1 994 1862 72068 May 3 17:24 iso.ps

iso.ps appears to be postscript, but sending it to the printer yields:

%!PS
    %%Version: 3.3.1
                    %%DocumentFonts: (atend)
                                            %%Pages: (atend)
                                                            %%EndComments
                                                                         %
followed by a half a forest of blank pages.
I tried to view the file under ghostview, but only "asdasd" was displayed.
Has anyone else retrieved and printed this file? What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
