I am writing a german book on iostreams and need information about
the latest standard proposals, discussion papers and so on.

Where can I get it? Preferably electronically, if not, in paper.
Or is there somebody being involved in this matter whom I may ask
some explicit questions? Not too often - may be once in two weeks.
Of course I would mention him/her in my book.

Any help will be appreciated.
