I'd rather use something like the Booch Components. Why? Because with NIHCL you have to use
tons over tons of stuff if you want to use just one class. The NIHCL is more like a
C++ application framework. It has one root, and EVERYTHING is derived from that. Also funny:
YES and NO (const int YES = 1 ; const int NO = 0 ;) used as boolean constants (yuk).

I have seen a number of commercial references to an "NIH
Class Library", which apparently was developed at the NIH
and is in the public domain. Does anyone know where to
obtain this library?
