What you all think about using Microsoft Visual C++ ver 1.5 to develop
client server applications ?

It seems VC++ 1.5 has a nice support fot ODBC. But it looks like
it is going to be much more work to use VC++, when compared to say
Power Builder or Visual Basic.

Is there really any advantage (like performance) in using VC++ for client
server application development ?
