We are currently porting a large application to C++ and want to find
a database-independent object-oriented C++ library for our database access.
This will allow us to just re-implement or buy the library for each database
we plan to support.  We are currently using the QNX2 and QNX4 operating systems
This requires us to only consider libraries for which we can get source code
(unless the library directly supports QNX2 and QNX4).  In addition, the first
database that we must support is WATCOM SQL.

We have looked at Db.h++ from Rogue Wave and it looks promising except that
they won't have an implementation for WATCOM SQL until the fourth quarter of
the year.

Does anyone know of a commercial library that can meet our requirement?
