I am looking for a good general-purpose C++ class library.  One that seems
rather complete (as far as basic containers, etc. goes) is the NIH Class
Library.  However, I have heard that some people do not like it since it
predates templates.  Are there any newer, better alternatives to NIHCL?  I
assume there are, but can someone recommend one?
