    I see our bookstore selling BORLAND C++ 4.0
at a price $129.00.
    However,one month ago I read from a magazine
that the price for Borland C++4.0 would be more
than $400.00.
    I asked whether it is not a professional one
but the staff members there had no idea.
    Could you tell me any information about this
Borland C++4.0? It is a professional edition?
    Could you also tell me which is better:
    Borland C++ 4.0 or Visual C++ 1.5?
