In my prev message I incorrectly said that Sun-C++'s complex class is
not const correct. It is okay on this point, sorry.
I was confused here with Turbo C++ 3.0, which complex class is indeed
not const correct. (It has many non-const complex& arguments.) On the
other hand, the latter does have all the operators that were mentioned
in my previous message.

Let's hope ANSI-C++ gets everything right here.
