Hi,

sorry to bring every one back down to basics but .... can someone  please
e -mail me (rather than post) a simple demonstration of classes, that I'm
going to be able to compile with gnu++. Preferably nothing  more  than  a
couple of functions and .h files please.

Things that make my mind boggle -

public: and private:
where do functions belonging to a class get declared?
