Hi,

Anyone experienced with the ACE (adaptive Communication Environment),
especially the IPC_SAP part ? I get some really weird outcomes when
2 processes talk to each other by Streams. It is assumed that it is FIFO,
but I think it is not. Or, do I do something wrong ?
