Would some kind soul send me these errata sheets? I have no ftp
access, and I don't have easy access to electronic mail either. However, the
"Reply-To" address does work if I am specified somewhere in the message header
(in which case the human behind the "jackw@bnr.ca" address manually forwards it
to me).
