The source code from Tony Hansen's THE C++ ANSWER BOOK is on-line, but
that's only for the excersises (and language) in the first edition of
Stroustrup's book.  ftp to research.att.com, log in as netlib (*not*
anonymous, but you still use your e-mail address as the password), and
cd to c++/answerbook; everything's there.  There's a mail server; I
think the address is netlib@research.att.com

Tony's working on a second edition to *his* book, but his work demands
are significant.-)
