The Soustrup (??? spelling) book, 2nd edition, is the best i've seen
around.
Another fun one is the C++ Tutorial from the documentation for the
Microsoft Visual C++. It was really consize and interesting, and i
found it to be an interesting complement to the Soustrup one....

I second for this book.
But I thought it is neccessary to own either the ARM or the
"The C++ Programming language, 2nd edition". Both by Stroustrop.
