The C++ documentation that comes with MS Visual C++ assumes the user has
prior knowledge of C programming. I'm going into this package with no
knowledge of C programming, so am looking for a good textbook/tutorial
package for C++ (or even MS Vis C++ if available) that teaches the language
as a stand- alone. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated (here or
by E-Mail).
