Actually, I believe the author actively disclaims any responsibility
that the committee should act so rational ;-)

couple chapters.  So far it looks good.

        I am told that a book has recently come out that does nothing but
describe the "ios" library in detail, including what we will likely be getting
from the SC22/JTC1 C++ draft.
