According to Steve Teale's C++ IOStreams handbook, there are
several documents discribing a proposed ANSI standard for
IOStreams, including:

 Schwartz, Jerry. 1990, ANSI Committee doc no. X3J16/92-0059
 Vilot, Mike.     1990, ANSI Committee doc no. X3J16/90-0078 Rev. 2/12/91

Can some tell me how to obtain a copy of these documents for reference?
