I have system 3.0 loaded on a color NeXT station.  I am interested
in learning C++.  To that end I have purchased a tutorial book
by the Waite group.  In using the compiler cc++ found on my machine
I seem to be missing the 'cout' and 'cin' functions or objects or
whatever they should be called.  I also seem to be missing the
'iostream.h' include file.

Is the C++ in the NeXT a complete implementation? Can I get these
objects and include files somewhere?  Can I get g++ for my NeXT?
