Topic: is the std.Comp.lib XPG3 ?

Please can someone tell me if the USL standard component library
is programmed to the XOpen Standard XPG3 ?
I don't think it is because I get a funny String error about
a strcpy() definition when I try and compile with just the
-D_XOPEN_SOURCE flag.
