I currently using the ARM as the guide to implementing C++ features, but I've
recently seen a lot of ANSI/ISO clarifications and changes. Are these part of
the X3J16 working paper or haven't they made it into this yet?

Also, is it possible to get a copy of the working paper without paying the
full X3J16 membership fee? Is someone supposed to be posting more information
about committee membership and costs?
