Sorry if this is an FAQ, but I've been tasked with developing a "C++
Coding Standards" document for internal use.  Our company is just starting
to use C++, so we thought it would be better to bootstrap on someone else's
efforts instead of reinventing the wheel.  So, can anyone point me towards
such a thing?  FTPable or email-able would be ideal, but journal/magazine
and book references would also be welcome.
