I had similar problems with my Gateway / ATI Local Bus (worse problems
actually; I hung the PC most tries), and finally got a solution: There's a
Borland file around on Borland's BBS, CI$, and I'm sure the archives called
"SVGA.dll" (or TDSVGA.zip, or SVGA.zip...) which is a generic Windows driver
for TDW - rather than the the fast / fancy approach that the drivers shipped
with BC++ 3.1 use, this one uses plain (slower, guaranteed compatible)
Windows calls.
I installed it today, and I actually have Windows debugging now!

Tim
