Several months ago (or a bit more?) a proposal on programming style
and practices was announced on the net. If I'm not remembering wrong,
it was prepared by an institute in some Scandinavian country. Does anyone
have the it? Can anyone provide a pointer to it?
E-mail replies to me are preferred since I don't normally follow this
newsgroup.
