I have been reading a lot of quotations from the ARM
and it sounds like a Bible for C++.

I didn't see anything about it in the C++ FAQ
(althought I'm not claiming it isn't there :-)
but I would like to see a copy of it.

 What exactly is it?

Is it available on the net (in Post Script or TeX)?

      Thanks,

      Gerard

(For starters, this question belong in comp.lang.c++.)

A book: "The C++ Annotated Reference Manual," Margaret A. Ellis,
  Bjarne Stroustrup (hardcover, over $30).

Addison-Wesley would be quite upset if it were.
