HI.  I currently have Turbo C++ v3.0 but I have this desire to
do some programming in/for Windows and I would like to know what
would be the best way to do this.  Would it be better to get the
Borland C++ 3.0 for Windows, the Windows SDK, or maybe something
else that I have missed.  Any information would be of great help.
